Curricular Degree Internships

Curricular internships are designed to be academic activities integrated in the degree syllabus with the purpose of facilitating the application of acquired skills into the working environment. Ultimately it is one more subject and, as such, it must meet certain quality criteria approved by ETSIAB, and be supervised and assessed by the teaching staff of the centre.

The internships target last-year students of the School degrees. They aim at getting students to acquire those competencies related to company knowledge, as well as those related to business direction and management, apart from completing their training with competences typical of their degree. These internships also help companies to get to know and assess the participating students’ capacity to be hired in the future.

The subject’s content will be defined for each of the internships in the corresponding training project, which must be signed by the academic head of the School.
