To be admitted to the official Master's Degree courses, students must hold an official university degree issued by a higher education institution in the European Higher Education Area or in other countries which entitles them to access Master's degree courses in the country issuing the degree.

Specific criteria for the Master's degree

If demand exceeds the number of spaces available, students will be admitted according to the following scale:

  • Academic record of the university degree that gives access to the master's degree (up to 5 points). A weighting coefficient (0.25-1.0) will be assigned to the mark on the file according to the affinity of the degree with the subject of the master's degree.
  • Professional experience (up to 2.5 points). Professional work that is related to the content of the master's degree will be valued at up to 0.5 points per year in the case of contracts and 0.25 points in the case of scholarships.
  • Courses received and taught in the agri-food sector (up to 1.5 points.
  • Other merits (up to 1 point). The following merits will be evaluated (weighing the suitability to the subject of the master):
    • Knowledge of languages (demonstrated by official certificate or by courses received)
