ISFOOD is a basic and applied research institute of the Public University of Navarra that aims at research excellence, knowledge transfer and the training of researchers in the agri-food chain.
At the institute, experts in the fields of rural engineering, animal and plant production, food technology, nutrition and food business management collaborate with the aim of promoting the development of sustainable and healthy food systems with a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach.
The institute addresses all stages of the food chain, from the production of raw materials to consumption, including industrial transformation processes and other intermediate stages.
