Biography
Mar González Paredes holds a Bachelor's degree in Labour Science from the University of La Rioja and a degree in Labour Relations from the Public University of Navarre. She is accredited in the International Course on Microeconomics of Competitiveness (MOC) by the Institute for Strategy and Competitiveness at Harvard University and the University of Deusto. In addition, she has supplemented her academic training at various institutions and universities such as IESE, UNED and University of Mondragon, in areas such as Excellence Management, Finance, Strategic Project Management, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship Processes, and Leading SAFE (scaling agile methodologies).
To date, she has been the managing director of Tracasa Instrumental and CEO of Tracasa Global, both public companies of Government of Navarre. Since 2020, she has also been a member of the Social Council of Public University of Navarre, where she chairs the Business and Relations with Society Committee.
Previously, she led the Spanish Technological Platform 3NEO, a public-private organisation that brings together the key players in the Science, Technology, and Innovation system for advanced manufacturing, in collaboration with the Ministry of Science, Innovation, and Universities. In 2014, she spearheaded the creation of the Functional and Additive Printing Cluster, which she also led until 2019, focusing her work on the promotion of KET (Key Enabling Technologies) applied to strategic sectors such as mobility, health, construction, agri-food, and energy. She was also the general manager of the Navarre Association of Graphic Industries from 2005, advising on business law and labour relations and participating in numerous collective bargaining processes.
As an entrepreneur, she co-founded two companies: one dedicated to business consultancy and the other, KYRON S.L., established in 2000, focused on the development and provision of technological services for businesses and public entities.
Furthermore, she has held various positions on boards of directors of business associations and federations at both regional and national levels.
