Reporting Channel

Presentation

Public University of Navarre has implemented its Internal Reporting System so that any person who becomes aware of potential violations, within a work or professional context with UPNA, may report them in a secure and confidential manner.

This system complies with the requirements of Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of individuals who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption. It aims to promote a culture of integrity and transparency by enabling the detection and proper handling of the following violations:

  • Criminal or administrative offences.
  • Infringements of European Union law.

Additionally, whistleblowers may also submit their reports through any external reporting channel, via the following links:

The Internal Reporting System Officer at UPNA is the Secretary General.

UPNA’s reporting channel is the preferred means of communicating such matters, ensuring full confidentiality and the protection of both the whistleblower and the individuals involved.

Please do not use this channel to submit complaints, appeals, claims, or incidents that can be addressed through other mechanisms enabled by UPNA, available here:
