Regulations Governing Automated Administrative Procedures
The Governing regulation of the Automatic Administrative Procedures approved by Government Council of 27 October, 2020, of Public University of Navarre, establishes which requirements and guarantees must be met so that the procedure is both implemented and supervised or followed up.
Later, by agreement of Government Council of 24 November 2021, Section 2 of Article 5 of the Regulations which allows electronic documents to be signed only with Safe Verification Code (Código Seguro de Verificación - CSV) was amended.
The Regulations application scope is as follows:
- This rule shall be applicable to those administrative procedures processed within the scope of Public University of Navarre.
- The following administrative actions may be implemented through automatic administrative procedures:
- Procedures of mere record that are limited to certifying facts, actions, or information without generating new rights or obligations for the University or the parties involved.
- Procedures carried out through the application of objective and public criteria, which do not require a legal interpretation.
- Likewise, this rule shall be applicable to the issuance of written proof and authentic copies.
The addition of new administrative procedures must be approved by Chancellor’s resolution.
