Selection criteria

In order to access an official doctoral degree students must hold a Spanish official Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, and University Master's degree, or equivalent, provided they have passed at least 300 ECTS credits counting both of them.

Specific criteria of the programme

The Academic Commission of the Doctoral programme in Economics, Management and Organisation will examine the applications and decide on admissions taking the following aspects into account:

  • Degree and academic record on a Bachelor’s and postgraduate degree level (60%).
  • A declaration of interest and motivation document written by the candidate stating the similarity of their research interests to the lines developed for researchers linked to the doctoral programme (20%).
  • Two recommendation letters written by university teaching staff, researchers and, exceptionally, professionals who may be connected to the candidate and have taken part in their professional training (10%).
  • Additional academic activities: courses, seminars, congresses, published research papers and communications (5%).
  • English level and other languages (5%).

The final number of candidates admitted depends on the availability of resources to ensure the right direction and supervision of theses and the aforementioned candidates’ merits

The recommended admission profile is a graduate of the following university master’s degree from Public University of Navarre:

  • Master’s degree in Business Management, Organisation and Economy
