Specific criteria of the programme
The Academic Commission of the Doctoral degree in Economics, Business and Law will examine the applications and decide on admissions taking the following aspects into account:
- Adequacy of the degree to access the doctoral degree (30 points). The most suitable profiles will be granted 30 points. In the rest of the cases candidates will be granted points according to the number of credits studied in the subjects linked to the research line.
- Bachelor’s and master’s degree’s academic records (50 points). The bachelor’s degree academic record will receive 20 points at most and the master’s 30.
- Previous researching experience (10 points). Academic publications, presentations in scientific conferences, participation in research projects and seminars taught at universities and research centres.
- Mobility (5 points). Research stays, participation in academic mobility programmes and training actions in institutions other than the centre of origin. Their amount and length will be valued.
- Skill level in foreign languages (5 points). 1 point is given for a B1 level, 2 points for B2, 3 points for C1 and 4 points for C2, for each language, with the established limit. The accepted language certificates are those that UPNA accepts to prove language skills for its official bachelor's degrees.
