Selection criteria
In order to access an official doctoral degree students must hold a Spanish official Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, and University Master's degree, or equivalent, provided they have passed at least 300 ECTS credits counting both of them.
Specific criteria of the programme
The Academic Commission will examine the applications and decide on admissions taking the following aspects into account:
- Average mark of the degree candidates access the doctoral programme from, and which makes up the training period (60%).
- Researching and professional experience related to the research line candidates intend to develop their doctoral thesis in (10%).
- Draft of the doctoral thesis future project, endorsed by a doctor of the doctoral programme (20%).
- Relevance of the presentation letters and the rest of the documents presented as merits (10%).

- University Master’s degree in Private Property Law
Master’s degrees related to Law of Public University of Navarre:
- University Master's degree in Access to the Legal Profession
- Double University Master's degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Tax, Labour and Accounting Consultancy
Other master's degrees related to Law, particularly those which include subjects related to Private Law as main or predominant subjects.
