The Techfalab project aims - among other things - to form a network of stakeholders capable of detecting, promoting, and encouraging the creation of technological business initiatives based on disruptive technologies and applicable to various industrial sectors. Furthermore, the project seeks to implement tools for pre-acceleration, acceleration, consolidation, and scaling to provide comprehensive support for these business initiatives. One of the actions of the project involves adapting a physical space where these initiatives can be developed. To this end, Government of Navarre and Public University of Navarre signed an agreement in October 2024 for the location of this space at UPNA’s Arrosadia campus.
- Description of the action: Adaptation of a physical space for the development of entrepreneurship activities in El Sario building.
- Summary: The project consists of the renovation of the third floor of El Sario building to house the physical headquarters for Navarre’s digital entrepreneurship. Specifically, the space will be located in module 6 of El Sario building on Arrosadia campus, at Public University of Navarre and owned by it, covering an approximate area of 1,450 square metres. The aim of the headquarters is to provide a physical space that will host business incubators, start-up hubs, and co-working spaces to foster business creation. In addition, the space aims to develop entrepreneurial activities with innovative projects, connecting these projects with the university community and businesses in a flexible work environment.
