Intervention Techniques in Restorative Justice and Community-based Practices

A social and democratic justice must ensure the active participation of its citizens, promoting the consensual resolution of their own conflicts. Such citizen participation in the justice system should be facilitated and strengthened across all judicial areas, with appropriate safeguards and guarantees in place, depending on the nature of the conflicts to be addressed. This university microcredential, designed in collaboration with the Department of the Interior, Public Function and Justice of Government of Navarre, offers tools for the development of competencies and skills that enable the use of restorative techniques in conflict resolution.

This microcredential is linked to the Expert Diploma in Restorative Justice (más información).
