Support and counselling for international staff and students

We aim to be the central reference point for international staff with a contract with UPNA, processing their legal procedures before they come (authorization to work and live in Spain, etc), up to their arrival.

Once they arrive at UPNA, we welcome, assist and inform them about all the required procedures for their stay (work contract, Social Security, Home regisitration, Health Card, TIE application, etc), through a personalised monitoring with the objective of full integration in the university.

International Students

EU students: obtaining the NIE, Central Register of Foreigners Students, Foreigners' Identity Card

Non-EU Students: Foreigners' Identity Card, Authorisations and Renewals for study stays.
