In order to promote collabotarion with foreign universities and research centres, UPNA makes available to its teaching and research staff a set of single rooms for the accommodation of teaching staff and researchers from foreign institutions, including cotutelle joint supervision Phd students, during short visits and research stays

Booking applications mus be made by email to the Welcome Office (welcome.office@unavarra.es), indicating the period for wich the stay is requested and providing the required documentation in each case.
Applications mus be submitted by the full-time permanent UPNA teaching staff member hosting the visit or tutoring the stay.
Application received with complete documentation will be dealt with in order of arrival.
1- Cotutelle joint supervision Phd students
Reservations may be mad up to one year in advance and for a maximum period of 4 months.
Required documentation:
- Admission or registration for a doctoral programme at UPNA
- EDONA's authorisation to carry out a jointly supervised thesis.
2 - Staff fromo foreign institutions with which the UPNA has signed a specific collaboration agreement within the framework of development cooperation, and/o who participate in the Solidarity Training programme, and who are studying for a doctorate at the UPNA.
Reservations may be made up to one year in advance and for a maximum period of 4 months.

-Admission or registration for a doctoral programme at UPNA
- The contract or grant of the institution of origin
3 - Teaching and research staff from foreign institutions who have been invited to stay at UPNA
Reservations may be made up to three months in advance, and for a maximum period of two weeks.

4 - Research staff in training residing outside Spain, hired by UPNA
Reservation may be offered for a maximum of two weeks
