Presentation Guidelines

Oral presentation guidelines

All presentations and questions must be in English, as English is the official language of the conference.

The time allocated for a presentation is 25 minutes, with a further 5 minutes allowed for discussion.

Computers and projectors will be available at each conference room. Speakers should bring their presentation on a USB memory stick in order to transfer it to the computer in the presentation room. The room staff will assist you to upload your file to the computer. You will not generally be able to plug your own laptop into the conference projection system.

Prepare your slides as a PowerPoint or a PDF file. To avoid software compatibility problems, speakers are advised to put both Microsoft Powerpoint and PDF versions of their presentation on the USB stick.

Speakers should arrive in their session room at least 10 minutes before the start of their session to upload their file (if not done before) and to report to the Session Chair. Files can also be uploaded before, during the breaks between the sessions.

If you need special material for your presentation (e.g. embedded video) please contact isos2025@unavarra.es by May 15th.
