Registration procedure
To register, complete this online form (register and login in the system is required)
The registration fee payment can be done by credit card, bizum or by Bank transfer. Details can be found in the online registration form.
Registration to the conference is mandatory for accepted papers to be included in the conference proceedings. This requires that the registration process and the registration fee payment are completed by May 15th, 2025.
One author registration can cover a maximum of two papers.
If you are an author registering papers, their 4-digit ID numbers (available in the paper acceptance email) should be included in the registration form. Remember to state participant's surname and "ISOS" in the Bank transfer concept and to send a copy of the Bank transfer receipt to isos2025@unavarra.es.
Registration fees
The ISOS 2025 registration fees include:
- up to two accepted papers in the conference proceedings
- attendance to the conference sessions
- conference bag and material
- book of abstracts
- all conference lunches
- all coffee breaks
- welcome reception
- banquet dinner
- conference social event

1 Full-time students enrolled in a college or university, please, send proof of your student status to isos2025@unavarra.es.
2 The accompanying person fee applies to non-academic participants who are not paper or poster co-authors and enables them to attend the welcome reception, banquet dinner, and social event. Conference attendance, lunches and coffee breaks are not included in the accompanying person fee.
Cancelation policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be received by email to isos2025@unavarra.es before May 15th, 2025. There will be an administrative fee of 25 € deducted from each refund.
No refunds will be accepted if requested after May 15th, 2025
A registered person can however be replaced without penalties by a substitute. Should that be the case, please, inform the ISOS 2025 organizing committee (isos2025@unavarra.es) as soon as possible.
Reimbursements will be made after the conference.

The online registration form allows requesting an invoice and entering the required information.
