International Symposium on Optical Sensors (ISOS) 2025

It is our pleasure to invite you to ISOS 2025. International Symposium on Optical Sensors (ISOS) 2025 continues a series of conferences that provide a forum aimed to promote scientific exchange and foster close networking and collaborative ties among leading international researchers. This conference has organized thematic symposia covering the frontiers of multidisciplinary research in engineering structure testing, oil and gas well testing, environmental testing, biomedical testing, and process control.

This congress features distinguished lecturers, invited speakers as well as oral presentations and poster sessions by leading scientists, experts, and scholars from around the world, at the forefront of the application of optical sensing technologies.

Guide for authors

We encourage submission of manuscripts employing the following templates. All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.

To submit your manuscript, please complete the submission form.

Accepted papers with at least one registered author and signed copyright that are presented at the conference will be published in the book of abstracts.

Participants may opt to present their works for Oral, Poster or either. Communication of acceptance or not in Oral or Poster form will bedone via email.

 

Each registered participant can send up to two communications as presenting author (oral or poster).

  • Oral Communications will be 20' (15' talk + 5' questions). The utilization of the following presentation template is recommended.
  • Poster Session: Participants with ‘Poster’ will be able to showcase their work during the coffee breaks. The utilization of the poster presentation template is recommended but not mandatory. Physical Poster size: not exceed 85 cm in width or 120 cm in height. Double sided adhesive tape and/or pins will be available in the poster area to put the posters on the panels. Authors are required to print their own poster and are responsible for hanging up their poster before the start of the session and of removing them after the session end. Each poster board onsite will be marked with a number that directly correlates with each poster in the PDF program. Please place your poster on the assigned board.

Submissions should be written in English and not exceed a 1 page abstracts plus 1 page figures.

Special Issue

Extended versions of top-ranked papers will be considered for publication in a special issue of IEEE Sensors Journal "Optical Sensing Technologies".
