WELCOME RECEPTION

The ISOS 2025 Welcome Reception on June 1st will take place in the old Salesas Monastery of Pamplona. Las Salesas (Pamplona) was a monastery of the Salesas in the Old Town of Pamplona, ¿¿occupying a large plot of land between San Francisco Street and Rincón de la Aduana. Built in 1902, according to the project of Florencio Ansoleaga, it was named Monastery of the Visitation of Our Lady. In 2000 the Salesas left the convent, which was acquired in 2004 by the Caja de Ahorros de Navarra. After its purchase in 2010, the Commonwealth of the Pamplona Region conditioned the building, which was inaugurated as its headquarters in 2023. It is surrounded by several hotels and restaurants and only a few minutes walking from the historical center of the city. Alternatively, there is a bus stop in the Taconera St. near the church of San Lorenzo at 50 m (lines 3, 16 and 17) connecting the Welcome Reception venue to the rest of the city.

CONFERENCE VENUE

The ISOS 2025 conference venue will take place in "Jeronimo de Ayanz" building (number 16) of the Arrosadia Campus at the Public University of Navarra. Plenary sessions will be at the room "Salón de Actos" in the Ground floor of the building "Los Olivos" (number 16).

The building Jerónimo de Ayanz in the UPNA Arrosadia Campus (Ground floor), will be also used for the poster sessions and coffee breaks. Lunch will be served in the Arrosadía Campus Dining Room building (number 13) located just outside Los Olivos building passing accross the Library building (number 3).
