Requests for public information may be formalised:
- Via e-mail to transparencia@unavarra.es
- In person at the Assistance Office for Registration Issues of Public University of Navarre.
- At any of the Registries established on Article 16.4 of Law 39/2015 of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
The request must include:
- Identity of the applicant.
- Accurate indication of the requested information.
- Preferred form or format to access the requested information.
- Valid contact address to which refer communications in regards to the request.
- If so wished, the motivation for the request may be presented.
Against the express or presumed resolutions regarding access to public information, a prior claim may be filed, optionally, before the Transparency Council of Navarre.
