The International Welcome Office provides a unified service to spport and welcome international staff prior to their arrival, as well as during their stay at UPNA.
Our goal is to help you plan your stay and once here to be the point of reference to resolve any questions about procedures or practical issues.

We also give  information to international students (undergraduate and Master) about the required procedures to legalise their stay in Spain.

The International Welcome Office is operational since 2019, after detecting the need to centrally host international staff who come to study and work at this university. Its mission fits within the objectives of the V Strategic Plan of  UPNA (2020-2023), in the areas of Internationalization, Research, People and Projection.

Integrated within the "Oficina de Atención Universitaria", it is located on the ground floor of the Library of the Arrosadia Campus.
