There is a significant lack of training and tools to help us take care of our mental health, which can negatively impact both job performance and quality of life. Psychosocial risks are present in all types of employment, but they are particularly significant in sectors such as healthcare, caregiving, or in professions where individuals work alone, either self-employed or as employees.

For this reason, this university microcredential aims to provide students with self-care knowledge and strategies, emphasizing the importance of mental health in the workplace and offering practical tools for its management.
