First transnational meeting

The first transnational meeting of the ANFoMAM project, which was distributed in three sessions, was held on 20-21 September 2018 in the Department of Education Sciences of the Roma Tre University (URT).

The first session, which lasted 5 hours, was attended by the following project leaders: Valentina Celi (UB), José Ignacio Cogolludo (UZ), Elena Gil (Sesdown), Immaculate Lizasoain (UPNA), Maria Cristina Migliucci (Tokalon) , Ana Millán Gasca (URT), Luigi Regoliosi (Tokalon) and Gilberto Scaramuzzo (URT). In this first session the project coordinator presented the work plan and agreed dates for future meetings and conferences.

The second session lasted 4 hours and was attended by the following leaders: Valentina Celi (UB), José Ignacio Cogolludo (UZ), Elena Gil (Sesdown), Immaculate Lizasoain (Upna), Begoña Ballaz (UPNA), Ana Millán Gasca (URT), Sabrina Ferrante (URT) and Sara Nardella (Tokalon). In this second session, aspects such as financing and project management and the use of collaborative platforms to share documents were discussed.

The last session, which lasted 5 hours, was devoted to decision making about the design and analysis of the workshops. The following leaders attended: Valentina Celi (UB), José Ignacio Cogolludo (UZ), Elena Gil (Sesdown), Immaculate Lizasoain (Upna), Ana Millán Gasca (URT), Paola Magrone (URT), María Cristina Migliucci (Tokalon), Luigi Regoliosi (Tokalon) and Gilberto Scaramuzzo (URT).

Second transnational meeting

The second transnational meeting of ANFoMAM project was held on 19 September 2019 at the Faculty of Education Sciences of the University of Zaragoza (UZ).

The following project leaders attended: Valentina Celi (UB), José Ignacio Cogolludo (UZ), Elena Gil (Sesdown), Immaculate Lizasoain (UPNA), Ana Millán Gasca (URT) and Luigi Regoliosi (Tokalon) to discuss the aspects listed below: take stock of the first year, present the intellectual product O1, present the first phase of each workshop of the intellectual product O2, present the first block of activities designed for children with Trisomy 21, exchange ideas on how to include videos recorded in Sesdown in the workshops for teachers, define the communication actions to be implemented, review future contributions and adjust the calendar (if deemed necessary).

Third transnational meeting

The third transnational meeting of ANFoMAM project was held on 30 September 2020. Although this meeting was scheduled to take place in Pamplona (UPNA), the meeting took place by videoconference (Zoom) due to the sanitary alarm situation generated by the Covid-19.

The following project leaders attended: Valentina Celi (UB), José Ignacio Cogolludo (UZ), Elena Gil (Sesdown), Immaculate Lizasoain (UPNA), Ana Millán Gasca (URT) and Luigi Regoliosi (Tokalon).

The meeting focused on the items listed in the memory of the project. In addition, they discussed aspects of the mid-term evaluation received in September. So, some of the points that were addressed are the following:

1. Review of the functioning of relations within the partners.
2. Sharing of the results of the first implementation of the workshops (O2) in the classrooms of the university that has designed them and presentation of their eventual redesign.
3. Sharing of the status of implementation in each university of the workshops designed by other universities (O2).
4. Presentation of the second block of activities designed for children with Trisomy 21 and new videos (intellectual product O3).
5. Presentation of the balance and conclusions of the training activities C1 and C2.
6. Presentation of the dissemination strategy.
7. End-of-project dissemination activities.
