Exchange Application form

Application form for Non-EU/EEC-citizens (requiring visa):

  • Online registration and application: once nominated by your home university, you will receive an email from incoming@unavarra.es with the steps to register and apply online. The deadline to do it is between April 16th and May 16th.

For Erasmus students (please, follow the steps in the following order):

  • Registration: once nominated by your home university, you will receive an email from incoming@unavarra.es with the steps to register online.
  • Once registered, we will ask your home univeristy to send us your Online Learning Agreement (OLA) by EWP. The deadline to receive it is the 2nd of May.
  • Once we receive the OLA by EWP, we will inform you how to proceed to complete your online application. Deadline:  from May 3rd to the 31st.

*NOTE: If you are not using the Online Learning Agreement, the student can upload the L.A. in Pdf. format to its application.

2024/25 ON-LINE REGISTRATION AND APPLICATION

Once you register in our online portal you will receive an email with a password and a link to make the application.
 
*Only for Erasmus students: Online Learning Agrement (OLA) Online Learning Agreement (OLA)
This step is exclusively for Erasmus Students (from European Union).
Once you register, we will ask your home university to send us your OLA by EWP. The deadline is the 2nd of May.
Application

Deadline:
  • Non-EU/EEC-citizens (requiring visa): must do their application between the April 16th and May 16th.
  • Erasmus students: must do their application between the 3rd and 31st of May.
Steps:
  • The username is the number of the passport or the identity card you have used to register.
  • In the “exchange program” field, choose: Erasmus (Europe), Palafox (Latin America), Martín de Rada (Asia), Bilateral Agreement (rest of the world), ISEP.
  • In “personal data”, you will your registration information. Fill out the empty fields and correct the wrong ones.
Documentation:
    1. Passport sized photo (maximum 72 kb). You can see the procedure here.

   2. Scanned copy of your passport or national identity card.

   3. Scanned copy of Health insurance with full coverage in Spain (Health Card if citizens of European Union)

   4. Scanned copy of  Language certificate: if you want to take courses in English, you must certify a B2 level (CEFR), First (Cambridge Language Assesment) or  TOEFL iBT 87-109, TOEF cBT 227 - 269, TOEFL pBT ≥ 567, except english native speakers. 

   5. Download, fill in, signed and attached the following document Health Insurance Commitment.pdf

The acceptance letter WON’T BE SENT until we receive these documents.

  6. Provisional Study Program with 2024-25 courses.
The provisional study program must be uploaded to the platform during the application period.
Should not be possible to obtain the signatures of the coordinators, exceptionally it could be sent to incoming@unavarra until October 31.
