Exchange Application form

 

Online registration and application: once nominated by your home university, you will receive an email from incoming@unavarra.es with the steps to register and apply online. The deadline to do it is between May 2nd and May 30th.

2025/26 ON-LINE REGISTRATION AND APPLICATION

Once you register in our online portal you will receive an email with a password and a link to make the application. Dates: between May 2nd and May 30th.

Steps:
  • The username is the number of the passport or the identity card you have used to register.
  • In the “exchange program” field, choose: Erasmus (Europe), Palafox (Latin America), Martín de Rada (Asia), Bilateral Agreement (rest of the world), ISEP.
  • In “personal data”, you will complete your registration information. Fill out the empty fields and correct the wrong ones.
Documentation:
    1. Passport sized photo (maximum 72 kb). You can see the procedure here.

   2. Scanned copy of your passport or national identity card.

   3. Scanned copy of Health insurance with full coverage in Spain (Health Card if citizens of European Union)

   4. Scanned copy of Language certificate: if you want to take courses in English, you must certify a B2 level (CEFR), First (Cambridge Language Assesment) or  TOEFL iBT 87-109, TOEF cBT 227 - 269, TOEFL pBT ≥ 567, except english native speakers. 

   5. Download, fill in, signed and attached the following document Health Insurance Commitment.pdf

The acceptance letter WON’T BE SENT until we receive these documents.

  6. Provisional Study Program with 2025-26 courses.
The provisional study program must be uploaded to the platform during the application period.
