The Anti-Fraud Measures Plan of Public University of Navarre outlines a series of actions based on a proactive, structured, and specific approach to managing the risk of fraud. Both the Plan and the actions derived from its implementation introduce effective and proportionate measures against fraud, which in practice means adopting a specific approach tailored to each programme and each particular situation that may arise at our University.

 The Anti-Fraud Reporting Channel of Public University of Navarre is available to the general public and public service employees in particular, to facilitate, either identified or anonymously -at the choice of the whistleblower- the communication of:

a) Possible cases of irregular use or allocation of public funds and behaviours opposed to integrity or contrary to the principles of objectivity, efficiency, and full compliance with the law and legal regulations;

b) Conduct by public service employees that involves the use or abuse of information for private gain by virtue of their functions, or that results or may result in the irregular use or allocation of public funds or any other benefit contrary to the legal system; and

c) Acts or omissions that may constitute administrative irregularities in the processing of files.
