I hold a PhD in Second Language Acquisition from the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). My doctoral thesis, overseen by Prof. Dr. María del Pilar García Mayo and supported by a predoctoral research grant (FPI) from the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, achieved the highest distinction of "CUM LAUDE". I was honored with a National Prize for my Bachelor's degree in English Studies (UPV/EHU), and I also received recognition for my performance in the MA in Secondary Education Teaching (UPNA). Additionally, I hold a Master's degree in Translation, Dubbing, and Captioning from the European University of Madrid (UEM).
My teaching portfolio encompasses undergraduate courses on English syntax, English IV, and Varieties of English at UPV/EHU. I have also taught Varieties of English, and English for Specific Purposes at the University of Deusto (Bilbao), and conducted courses on English as a foreign language at the National Distance Education University (UNED) in Vitoria-Gasteiz. I am currently an Assistant Professor at the Public University of Navarra where I teach undergraduate courses on Foreign Language: English and Foreign Language II: English in the BAs in Early Childhood and Primary Education, as well as a course on Learning and Teaching English in the Master's program for Secondary Education Teaching.
