In this context, Microsoft 365 and Copilot offer significant potential to enhance efficiency and productivity. 

This hybrid programme ensures accessibility and flexibility, removing barriers of time and location. Its practical approach, combining online learning with in-person sessions, enables participants to apply what they have learned to real projects, enhancing employability and competitiveness.

Admission profile:

Applicants aged between 25 and 64 at the start date of the course may apply, provided they meet the following profile:

  • Office professionals: Individuals who use Microsoft 365 tools in their daily work and wish to enhance their productivity and efficiency by automating tasks with Copilot.
  • Managers and executives: Business leaders seeking to optimise collaboration and team management through Microsoft 365 applications and services, together with Copilot’s advanced capabilities.
  • Digital transformation consultants: Specialists in digital transformation who wish to broaden their knowledge and offer more comprehensive solutions to their clients through the use of Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
  • IT and technical support professionals: IT staff responsible for managing and optimising the use of Microsoft 365 within their organisation, integrating Copilot to automate processes and improve security.

If, after the admission process, there are still available spots, individuals under 25 or over 64 years old - at the start of the course - who meet the profile and access requirements may be admitted. These places will be assigned strictly in order of registration until the quota is filled.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365: Participants are recommended to have a basic understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and services such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to follow the course without difficulty.
  • General computer skills: Participants are advised to have basic skills in using computers and office software, as well as the ability to navigate the Internet and use online tools.
  • Interest in automation and AI: It is beneficial for students to have an interest in learning about task automation and the use of artificial intelligence, as Copilot is an integral part of the course.

Outcomes:

  • To organise, create, and maintain professional documents efficiently.
  • To reduce repetitive tasks and optimise work processes.
  • To effectively manage distributed teams and shared documents to achieve project objectives.

Training goals:

  • To optimise document management and personal workflow through the integrated use of Word, Excel, OneDrive, and Outlook.
  • To implement automated solutions using Microsoft Copilot for content generation and data analysis within Microsoft 365 applications.
  • To coordinate projects in digital environments using Microsoft Teams and Planner.

The final grade will be determined based on the following weighting:

  • Final multiple-choice exam: 100 %

Obtaining the microcredential is subject to passing the enrolled ECTS credits, in accordance with Article 27 of the Regulations Governing UPNA's Own Degree Programmes

  • 70% funded by European Funds for admitted participants who are between 25 and 64 years old at the start of the course.
