Placement tests for language courses
What are the placement tests like?
The placement test in ENGLISH has two parts:
| A multlple-choice type test taken online (maximum 30 minutes). No prior preparation is required as it is used to determine your current level to assign you to the appropriate course group. |
| A writing task on a general topic (15-20 minutes) |
Placement tests for FRENCH, GERMAN and SPANISH are written tasks and take 1 hour.
How do I enrol for a placement test?
- Enrolment is done via the enrolment webpage of the Language Centre.
- You do not need to confirm attendance: once you have enrolled, you can attend at any time within the timeframe given.
When and where are the tests?
- Calendar: OPEN
- Timetable: Monday to Friday: 9 am - 1 pm.
- Place:Information Point and Library at the Language Centre, El Sario building (Módulo 3, 1st Floor).
What documentation and material must I bring on the exam day?
You must bring your ID card or passport, and a pen.
