Agricultural Engineer degree from the Public University of Navarre (UPNA) in 2001.
PhD degree from UPNA in 2006 on Rural Engineering and Environment, with a research stay at the Laboratory of Hydrology and Water Management, Universiteit Gent (Belgium).
Teaching activities
Lecturer at UPNA since 2001. Associate Professor since 2011 and full Professor since 2022.
Teaching on Undergraduate Engineering courses related to Engineering Graphics and Computer Aided Design.
Teaching on Master courses related to Remote Sensing, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), CAD and Research and Development.
Academic Director of the Master in GIS and Remote Sensing from UPNA and the title in New Technologies for Precision Agriculture.
Holds 4 five-year teaching periods.
Research Activities
Research lines related to Remote Sensing applied to agriculture and hydrology.
Has taken part on a docen research projects of the Spanish National R&D Plan or similar.
Has coauthored more than forty scientific papers (JCR) in journals of the categories Remote Sensing or Water Resources.
Holds 3 six-year research periods and 1 six-year transfer period.
