UPNA PAU is a mobile application that provides personalised information to students who register to take the University Access Test (PAU) at Public University of Navarre (UPNA).
Once this application is installed on the mobile device, in order to access personal information, students must authenticate their identity and accept the terms of use and the privacy policy.
The information accessible through this application is gathered in the Academic Management Information System of the UPNA (SIGA-UPNA), the processing of which has been consented to by the individual for the purpose of taking the PAU.
This data processing is carried out in compliance with the public functions assigned to the UPNA by the competent authorities in higher education in order to organise the PAU and assess the students who register to take it.

For any matters relating to the protection of personal data processed by this application, UPNA has a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who can be contacted at the address delegado.protecciondatos@unavarra.es.
The user of the application may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, or data portability as set out in the GDPR.[1].
This exercise is free of charge, and UPNA will respond within the legally established timeframe. To this end, the user can contact the DPO by email, who may request the user to verify their identity with an official document.
Additionally, the user is entitled to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority as the supervisory authority.
This application accesses personal information stored in SIGA-UPNA solely for the purpose of displaying it to the user on their mobile device.
The information transferred is not registered or stored on the mobile device, nor is it shared with third parties.
This application does not access sensitive personal information. It does not require access to any other resource of the mobile device, either.
UPNA takes the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of personal data, in accordance with the provisions of Article 32 of the GDPR.
