PhD Competition

In its continuous intention of improving the discussion possibilities among junior and senior researchers, this year the 4th edition of the PhD Poster Competition is scheduled. Apart from Poster displaying during all the conference, PhD Students could explain briefly their research advances and discuss with the conference attendees session during coffee breaks. Students will benefit from reduced registration fees. The student with the highest score on the poster and the discussion will receive an award and present its work in the closing session of the conference.

All topics related with the conference’s scope are welcome. Research projects should be original, not previously published in conferences or journals, and will be included in the PhD Forum proceedings.

PhD Students are encouraged to submit a 1-page .PDF file in Pentachart format (template below) by June 7th, 2022.  Submissions must be sent using the Easychair link (https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=dcis2022) and selecting "PhD competition" as topic.

Accepted works will be required to submit an abstract (IEEE single-spaced, double column, A4 page, 2 pages maximum) using the Easychair submission link by September 10th, to be published in the PhD Forum Proceedings.
