The DCIS 2022 technical program will include Special Sessions. Their objective is to complement the regular program with relevant topics that are of particular interest to our audience and that may also cut across and beyond disciplines traditionally represented at DCIS.
Each Special Session will comprise at least three presentations of about 20 minutes each. Prospective organizers of Special Sessions should submit proposals with the following information:
The acceptance of each Special Session will be decided and notified by the Program Committee upon reception, and published in the conference web page.
After approval of Special Session proposals, manuscripts may be submitted to the special sessions using the same Easychair link and should conform to the formatting and electronic submission guidelines of regular DCIS papers. Papers will undergo the same review process as regular papers under their specific track (select "Special Session" as topic at submission time). It is the responsibility of the organizers to ensure that their Special Session papers meet DCIS quality standards. If, at the end of the review process, fewer than three papers are accepted, the session will be cancelled and the accepted papers will be moved to regular sessions.
