One of the team key areas is related to family violence in general, and in couple in particular. This line has focused on the clinical investigation of gender violence and male aggressors: knowledge of the psychological profile of male abusers, study and psychopathological features associated and evaluation of the effectiveness of treatment programs, both ambulatory and in prison.
Recently, this research has focused on the study of addicted patients with problems of intimate partner violence, as well as the analysis of the effectiveness of specific treatment programs for this problem.
