Martin Larraza Kintana holds a PhD in Management. During his academic career he has taugh diferent courses and seminars all of them directly linked with management and organization issues. He has a large teaching experience in both at the undergraduate and graduate (master and phd) level.

His research reflects his interest in the study of the decision making behavior of people within organizations. Based on this broad interest, his research activity has make contributions to the scientific international debate in the areas of human resource management, strategy, family businesses and entrepreneurship

His research has been published in some of the most relevant academic journals in Management such as the Academy of Management Journal, Strategic Management Journal, Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of Management Studies, Human Resource Management, Journal of World Business, Small Business Economics or Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice.

He is currently the Editor in Chief of Management Research, the official journal of the Iberoamerican Academy of Management (http://www.emeraldinsight.com/journal/mrjiam).
