The 42nd annual meeting of the EURO Working Group on Operational Research Applied to Health Services, ORAHS 2016, was organized by DECYL Resarach Group of the Public University of Navarre and took place in Pamplona from the 24th to the 29th of July.

the theme of the conference was "Finding better health-care decisions in new oceans of health data".
