Degree in Business Administration and Management (University of Zaragoza, 1990); master's degree in Economics (Pompeu Fabra University, 1993) and PhD in Economics and Business Administration (Pompeu Fabra University, 1996).

She is associate professor of Management at the Public University of Navarre. She has taught courses on Statistics, Marketing, Strategic Management, Business Economics, Human Resources and Leadership Development at the undergraduate, master and doctorate levels at the Universities of Zaragoza, Pompeu Fabra, and Pública de Navarra, as well as at the Krannert Graduate School of Business, Purdue University (USA), where she collaborated as a Visiting Research Scholar in 1996. In addition, she teaches specialization courses for professionals at her current university.

Her research specializes in the fields of Business Management, Industrial Organization and Marketing, with her most recent work focusing on the study of the impact of emotions and emotional intelligence on management skills. The National Commission for Research Activity has twice endorsed her research activity. She has led numerous R&D contracts with different companies and institutions.

As a manager, at the School of Economics and Business Administration, she has been director of the Master's Degree in Business Management, vice-dean and quality manager of the Degree in Business Administration. She has been director of the Planning Area, for the vice-rector of Planning and Economic Affairs of the University. She has also been Director of the Planning Service of the General Family Directorate of the Department of Social Welfare of the Government of Navarre.

Since 2013 collaborates with the French company Globstrat Academy adapting strategic management simulation games to different industrial and academic contexts, and since 2018 she is a scientific advisor for the company Businessfokus, dedicated to the development of tools for the evaluation and management of values ​​and qualities in complex organizations.

In May 2021, she has obtained the 2020 Excellence Award granted by the University in recognition of her outstanding teaching merits.

Currently, she directs the Social Economy and Cooperativism Chair and is Dean of the School of Economics and Business Administration of the Public University of Navarra.
