Coaching is a support process that allows the participant to improve his/her professional career, in his/her Job search process or in the definition of his/her professional Project. Through Coaching, people deepen in their learning, improve their efforts and strengthen their quality of life.

Applying the Coaching methodology in their search process or job improvement, the person elected-accompanied by the coach-, starts from being aware of his/her reality, assumes the responsibility of the process and, with his/her own resources, reaches the goal he/she has already set, designing right away a plan of action to achieve it.
