Partes de este texto:

1.- Students from countries outside the European Union

If you are in either of these two situations:
    - High school diploma (Bachillerato) from a country outside the European Union
    - High school diploma (Bachillerato) from a European Union country or a country with an international agreement (Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Andorra and China), but failing to meet the academic requirements to enter university in the education system in your country of origin.

The steps to follow are:

1. Official Recognition of High School diploma or UNED Accreditation

a) If you studied High School in a country outside the European Union, you need to apply for  official recognition. You can do this in Pamplona, at the Alta Inspección de Educación, Delegación del Gobierno (Plaza de las Merindades, s/n. Telephone ++948 979360) or in your own country at a Spanish consulate or the embassy.

b) If you studied High School in a country in the European Union, you need to apply for accreditation from the UNED.  Find out how to apply and the documents you need on the UNED website. You can contact UNEDassis directly if you have any queries: +34 913986614 or unedassis@adm.uned.es

The accreditation includes the university entry grade (scores from 5 to 10 points) and is valid for 2 years.

2. Sit the University Entry Assessment Test (EvAU)

You must pass the University Entry High School Assessment Test (EvAU) (ordinary sitting: 7, 8 and 9 June, and extraordinary sitting: 28, 29 and 30 June). You can sit just the compulsory stage or both the compulsory and voluntary stages. You need to register for the EvAU at the Public University of Navarre Entry Pathway Office. To sign up for the test, you must email acceso@unavarra.es before 12 midday on 26 May for the ordinary sitting and from 19 June to 10 a.m. on 23 June for the extraordinary sitting.

EvAU registration price per sitting: €91.13 / General large family: €45.57 / Special large family or people with a disability rating of 33% or above: €0.

Documents you need to present (original and photocopy or certified photocopies, except National ID card (DNI)):

   - National ID card (DNI), Alien ID Number (NIE) or Passport
   - Municipal Registration (Empadronamiento) slip
   - Certificate of Official Recognition of High School diploma (Bachillerato) which includes the recognition mark, or Slip for Conditional Enrolment in Teaching Centres or Official Examinations. If you present the Slip, the results card will not be issued until your Certificate of Official Recognition with mark is presented.
   - Registration form (provided by the Entry Pathway Office)

Admission mark. If you pass the EvAU, your mark for admission to the university will be calculated as follows (maximum 14 points):

     Mark of your officially recognised High School diploma or UNED accreditation x 0.6 + mark of the compulsory stage of the EvAU x 0.4 + a x M1 + b x M2
        - M1 and M2 are the marks of a maximum of two exercises passed which lead to a better admission mark after applying the weighting. The subjects eligible for weighting are general core subjects according to the type of High School diploma (from the compulsory and voluntary stages) and optional core subjects from the voluntary stage.
-a and b are weighting parameters with a value of either 0.1 or 0.2.

You can apply for a place on the following university degree courses: Bachelor’s Degrees

3. Pre-enrolment. Having passed the EvAU, in order to apply for a place on a Bachelor’s degree course at the UPNA, you must pre-enrol online in June (ordinary period) or July (extraordinary period), if there are still free places. Applications are ordered according to admission mark in each stage.

WITHOUT ENTRY TEST

You can also gain entry to university degree courses by applying for accreditation from the UNED-National University of Distance Education (UNEDassis: +34 913986614 or unedassis@adm.uned.es) or by presenting your Officially Recognised High School diploma or diploma declared comparable. When you apply in this way, however, only those courses which still have free places after admitting all the other students pre-enrolled in the ordinary and extraordinary periods will be made available to you.

To apply for a place on a Bachelor’s Degree course at the UPNA, you must pre-enrol online.

2.- Students from the European Union

You can study a Bachelor’s Degree course in the following cases:

 - You studied High School in a European Union country and meet the University entry requirements of the education system in your country of origin
 - You studied High School in a country with an international agreement (Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Andorra and China) and qualify for University entry in your country of origin.
- European or international baccalaureate

You must first apply for accreditation from the UNED-National University of Distance Education and then pre-enrol at the Public University of Navarre.

How to get accredited by the UNED-National University of Distance Education?

Find out how to apply and the documents you need on the UNED website. You can contact UNEDassis directly if you have any queries: 34 913986614 or unedassis@adm.uned.es

The accreditation includes the university entry grade (scores from 5 to 10 points) and is valid for 2 years.

Improve your grade (optional)

If you want to improve your university entry mark:

      - You can take the UNED-National University of Distance Education’s Specific Competences Tests (PCE) or
      - sit the voluntary stage of the  EvAU at the Public University of Navarre. To enrol for the test, you must email acceso@unavarra.es before 12 midday on 26 May for the ordinary sitting and from 19 June to 10 a.m. on 23 June for the extraordinary sitting.

You can increase your mark by up to 4 points.

Your admission mark will be calculated as follows:

    UNED accreditation + a x M1 + b x M2

M1 and M2 = the marks of up to two exercises passed in the PCE or the voluntary stage of the EvAU which lead to a better admission mark.
a, b = weighting parameters for modules (0.1 or 0.2).

When choosing the subjects in which you wish to be examined, you should take into account the weighting parameters and the minimum mark (lowest mark for admission to the studies in question).

The admission mark will depend on the chosen degree and the weighting factors applied. The weighting applied may vary from one University to another.

Number of places. If you choose this path, you will be included in the general quota when you apply for a place. This quota includes all the places for each degree course except those set aside for the reserve quotas.

Pre-enrolment. To apply for a place on a Bachelor’s Degree course at the UPNA, you must pre-enrol online. The applications will be ordered according to admission mark and the lists of those admitted will then be published.

If you still do not have UNED accreditation when you need to pre-enrol, you can present the document showing that you have applied instead.

        - M1 and M2 are the marks of a maximum of two exercises passed in the voluntary stage of the EvAU which lead to a better admission mark after applying the weighting. The subjects eligible for weighting are general core subjects according to the type of High School diploma (from the compulsory and voluntary stages) and optional core subjects.
-a and b are weighting parameters with a value of either 0.1 or 0.2.

B. Via UNED-National University of Distance Education ACCREDITATION

The second path to enter the University is to apply for accreditation from the UNED-National University of Distance Education and take the Specific Competences Tests (PCE) which it organises (UNEDassis, +34 913986614 or unedassis@adm.uned.es).

Your mark for admission to the university will be calculated as follows (maximum 14 points):

    UNED accreditation + a x M1 + b x M2

M1 and M2 = the marks of up to 2 exercises passed in the PCE taken at the UNED which lead to a better admission mark
        a, b = weighting parameters for modules (0.1 or 0.2).

When choosing the Specific Competences Tests you wish to sit, you should take into account the weighting parameters and the minimum mark (lowest mark for admission to the studies in question). The weighting applied may vary from one University to another.

The admission mark will depend on the chosen degree and the weighting factors applied.

Number of places. If you choose this path, you will be included in the general quota when you apply for a place. This quota includes all the places for each degree course except those set aside for the minority quotas.

UPNA Pre-enrolment. To apply for a place on a Bachelor’s Degree course at the UPNA, you must pre-enrol online. Applications are ordered according to admission marks alone.

If you do not meet the entry requirements, you can take the university entry tests for over 25s, over 40s or over 45s
