PRINCIPLES

Public University of Navarre opts for increasing and fostering a continuous improvement culture in management, as stated on its strategic goals. In order to do so, it is working on the Management Improvement project, in line with the IV Strategic Plan (2016-2019), with the main goal of establishing and implementing management improvement tools which benefit processes review and the implementation of a quality model in university management.

The chosen model is Advanced Management Model.
