Exchange Application form

After receiving the students nomination from the home university, these students will receive an email from International Office at UPNA containing the instructions they have to follow.
You can start the procedure only if you have received such an email.

Deadline for application 2023/24 and On-line application procedure
For fall semester or full academic year: 1st May to 31st May 2023 (extended until June 15th)

For spring semester: 18th September to 31st October 2023

In order to obtain your password. Once you do that, you will receive an email with the password and the link to fill the application form.
 
2. Application

 

  APPLICATION

The username is the number of the passport or the identity card you have used to register.

Documentation:
    1. Passport sized photo (maximum 72 kb). You can see the procedure here.

   2. Scanned copy of your passport or national identity card.

   3. Scanned copy of Health insurance with full coverage in Spain (Health Card if citizens of European Union)

   4. Scanned copy of  Language certificate: if you want to take courses in English, you must certify a B2 level (CEFR), First (Cambridge Language Assesment) or  TOEFL iBT 87-109, TOEF cBT 227 - 269, TOEFL pBT ≥ 567, except english native speakers. 

   5. Download, fill in, signed and attached the following document Health Insurance Commitment.pdf

The acceptance letter WON’T BE SENT until we receive these documents.

  6. Provisional Study Program with 2023-24 courses.
The provisional study program must be uploaded to the platform during the application period.
Should not be possible to obtain the signatures of the coordinators, exceptionally it could be sent to incoming@unavarra until June 30.
