I am a lecturer at the Public University of Navarre where I teach both in the Primary Education Degree and in the Master Course in Secondary Education. I also work as a Foreign Language Teacher at Akatasuna BHI in Burlata.I have experience as an Official Language School English teacher.and as an Advisor at the “Centro de Apoyo del Profesorado” in Pamplona/Iruña training foreign language teachers all over Navarre.

I got my BA degree in English Philology at the University of the Basque Country in 1989. It was there where I also got her degree in French Philology in 2003 and German Philology in 2004. In 2009 I defended my PhD Dissertation on reading strategies and the Internet.

My research interests include Technology Enhanced Language Learning, Strategies and Metacognition, Reading Skills and Individual Factors. I am participating in a Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness funded project under the direction of Dr Yolanda Ruiz de Zarabe from the University of the Basque Country.
