Master in Economics and Doctor in Economics and Business Sciences from the Pompeu Fabra University (Barcelona) and Bachelor in Economics and Business Sciences from the University of Zaragoza. He has been a predoctoral Visiting Researcher at Purdue University (United States) and a postdoctoral researcher at INSEAD Business School (France) and at Durham University (United Kingdom).
Former Academic Director of the Master in International Trade Management at the Public University of Navarra and the joint Master of International Trade between UPNA and the University of Guandong, China).
His research activity has been developed within the field of marketing. Currently, it focuses on electronic commerce, multichannel distribution, consumer behaviour on the Internet, artificial intelligence in the field of marketing and in general on the effect of digital technologies on the marketing activities of companies and in the consumers. His research has been presented at national and international conferences and published in national and international journals of recognized prestige and proven quality indices, such as International Journal of Research in Marketing, Marketing Science or Journal of Interactive Marketing. He has been principal investigator of several projects of the national R&D&I plan. See
In terms of R&D program management, he has been a member of the Project Evaluation Commission of the State Research Agency in the Economics area of the National R&D Plan between 2021 and 2023, and since 2023. He is a manager in the area of Economy, Business and Finance of the Coordination, Evaluation and Scientific Monitoring Division of the State Research Agency.
