Luisa Fernanda Gutiérrez Navratil is Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics of the Public University of Navarre (Spain). She was Post-Doctoral Researcher in the Department of Foundations of Economic Analysis II at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) (Spain), and Visiting Scholar at the Johns Hopkins - Carey Business School (USA). She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Oviedo (Spain), a M.A. in Economics from the University of the Basque Country (Spain) and a B.A. in Economics from the National University of Cuyo (Argentina). Her research interests are in cultural economics, industrial organization, antitrust issues and policies.
