Breve CV

Jesús López was born in Pamplona, Spain, in 1975. He received the M.Sc. degree in industrial engineering from the Public University of Navarra, Pamplona, Spain, in 2000. In 2008 he received the Ph.D. degree in industrial engineering from the Public University of Navarra, Spain, in collaboration with the LAPLACE laboratory, Toulouse, France.

In 2001, he joined the Power Electronic Group, Electrical and Electronic Department at the Public University of Navarra, where he is currently an Assistant Professor and is also involved in research projects mainly in co-operation with industry.

His research interests are in the field of power electronics, power systems quality and renewable energies, such as wind turbines and photovoltaic plants.
