He obtained a PhD in Management by Pompeu Fabra University (Barcelona) and a Master in Economics by the same university. He also holds a Bachelor in Management by Zaragoza University (Spain). He joined the Department of Management at Public University of Navarre in 1996 and is Associate Professor there from 1998. He is also the Academic Director of the Master in International Trade Management. He has been Visiting Scholar at INSEAD Business School (France) and Purdue University (USA).
His research activity is in the field of Marketing. In the last years he is studying how manufacturers and retailers should adapt their marketing strategies to multichannel online-offline structure, and how multichannel consumers behave. This research has been published in leading international journals such as Marketing Science, Journal of Interactive Marketing, and International Journal of Research in Marketing.
He teaches courses at the Doctoral, Master and Bachelor levels, and has been invited to teach at several universities from Europe and Latin America.
