This subject aims to facilitate students the learning and application of a methodology for the realization of an Internationalization Project, which addresses the main questions that a company faces when developing a marketing or implementation strategy in foreign markets.
Internationalization Projects are carried out based on real cases of product/service exporting companies, which decide to undertake the opening of a new market, understanding the market as a country, with some exceptions, in a previously determined geographical area (Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Latin America, Asia-Pacific, etc.).
Alternatively, students may develop a project based on the challenges that companies must face when expanding abroad.

Throughout the course, there will be group activities, which are planned on a regular but flexible basis. This structure allows for ongoing collaboration and peer learning, adapting to the needs and progress of the students. The regular group activities aim to enhance understanding through practical engagement while allowing flexibility to accommodate the diverse schedules and learning paces of students.
