Architectonic drawing and electrical drawing
Descriptive geometry. Surface drawing
Mechanical assemblies
CG3: Knowledge of basic subjects, scientific and technological, that allows for continuous learning, along with the ability to adapt to new situations or changing environments.
CG4: The ability to resolve problems with initiative, decision-making, creativity, critical thinking and communicating and transmitting knowledge, skills and dexterity in the field of Industrial Engineering.
R1: To solve spatial problems and to conceive technical forms, as required by the creative activities of industrial projects and designs.
R2: To conceive the functioning and the assembling and disassembling operations of mechanical assemblies.
R3: To apply the technical drawing standards and symbols necessary to represent the elements, systems, and technical diagrams of industrial structures and installations.
R4: To express and communicate ideas and technical forms, either from one's own or from someone else, through freehand sketches, technical drawings and models created with drawing equipment or CAD software.
R5: To produce technical graphic documentation with a professional view, in the frame of industrial projects and design activities.
Methodology - Activity | In-class hours | Self-study hours |
A-1 Lecture | 30 | |
A-2 Individual practice on medium size group | 20 | |
A-3 Group practice on medium size group | 10 | 20 |
A-4 Individual assignments | 40 | |

Minimum required grade |
---|---|---|---|---|
R-1, R-2, R-3, R-4, R-5 (CG3, CG4, CB5) | Classroom tests (Experimental work tests and reports) | 25% | NO | - |
R-1, R-2, R-3, R-4, R-5 (CG3, CG4, CB5) | Written exams (Long answer exams and experimental work tests and reports) | 75% | YES Written exams | 5/10 |
Classroom tests will be carried out throughout the semester.
An exam of blocks 1 and 2 will be held in the middle of the semester, and another of block 3 on the official date of the ordinary exam. The score for the Written exams activity will be the average of the two.
In order to pass the course, a minimum score of 5 out of 10 points will be required. To obtain this grade, the score of the Written exams (75%) and the score of the Classroom tests (25%) will be weighted. To carry out this weighting, a minimum of 5 out of 10 will be required in the qualification of the Written exams.
