Provisional admission
The official list of selected candidates will be made available on this webpage.
Appeal
- Students wishing to appeal the selection decision must submit a duly argumented letter within 3 days from the date of the official notification. No late appeal will be considered.
- Please note that appeals are not aimed at providing candidates with an additional opportunity to amend their applications after the deadline due to a mistake on their part. Hence, before submitting an appeal, ensure that your request is reasonable.
- The appeal should be addressed to sustagri.em@unavarra.es. The email subject heading should include “SUSTAGRI appeal” and the candidate’s full name.
- The student will receive written notice of the result of the appeal within 7 days of submitting it.
Final admission
Selected candidates will be informed of the final results of the selection process, and will receive the Student Agreement, which must sign and send back within 5 days after the publication.
To be included in the final admission list, all students must sign the SUSTAGRI Student Agreement, in which the responsibilities of both parties (the SUSTAGRI Consortium and the student) are clearly stated.
A waiting list will be created to be used in case one or more students withdraw.
The coordinating university will carry out the registration of the selected students.
