Presentation Session - Guidelines

Slide projector will be available to PowerPoint presentations in every room. Please bring your presentation on a memory stick (USB), or CD.
The official languages of the conference are English and Spanish.
Parallel session: A 4 paper session will be of 90 minutes duration.
- Up to four authors will be given 15 minutes each to present a summary of their respective paper
- Then it will be an open discussion for the remainder of the time(25-30 minutes).
Parallel session: A 5 paper session will be of 120 minutes duration.
- Up to five authors will be given 15 minutes each to present a summary of their respective paper
- Then it will be an open discussion for the remainder of the time.
PhD projects: A 2 paper session will be of 120 minutes duration.
- Up to two PhD students will be given 20-25 minutes each to present a summary of their PhD project.
- The discussant will provide a critique and suggestions for improvements to the PhD project (20-25 minutes).
- Then it will be an open discussion for the remainder of the time.
