ENROLMENT


During the orientation meeting you will be given the name and contact details of your academic coordinator at the Universidad Pública de Navarra, as well as a first appointment with this professor, so that you can discuss your provisional learning agreement with him/her before your enrolment.

The enrolment will take place approximately one month after the official arrival date. During these first weeks, you may attend any course of your interest, and see if the course fits your home university academic requirements.

The International Relations Office (for Exchange students) or the general administrative services (for Visiting students) let you know you by email all the details of your enrolment: place you should go, day, hour, and documents needed, such as the definitive learning agreement duly signed by your academic coordinator at the Universidad Pública de Navarra.

Once you enrol into the courses, changes are not allowed anymore.

TUITION FEES


No tuition fees will be charged to the Exchange Students. The information about tuition fees for visiting Students is available here.
