ACADEMIC
INFORMATION FOR EXCHANGE STUDENTS AND VISITING STUDENTS: GENERAL RULES
As a general rule,
according to the period of their stay at the Universidad Pública
de Navarra, students may only register the following courses or "Asignaturas":
- students admitted September to February: Asignaturas de Primer Cuatrimestre
- students admitted February to June: Asignaturas de Segundo Cuatrimestre
- students admitted September to June: Asignaturas de Primer Cuatrimestre,
de Segundo Cuatrimestre and Asignaturas Anuales
ASIGNATURAS TRONCALES, OBLIGATORIAS, OPTATIVAS Y DE LIBRE ELECCIÓN
- Asignaturas Troncales, Obligatorias y Optativas:

- Asignaturas de Libre Elección:
The information for "Asignaturas Libre Elección"
for the academic year 2009-2010 is available here
The "Asignaturas Optativas" and the "Asignaturas de
Libre Elección" may require a minimum of students registered
to be finally given. Students can not register for the following courses:
· Decisión, estrategias y soportes (Code 14440) y Temas
de Gestión de Empresas (Code 14419)
· Courses with code starting by 81
("Asignaturas
Grupo G9").
· Courses with code starting by 31
(Courses taught in
the Degree "Dirección de Empresas y Estudios Jurídicos")
· Any course belonging to a Título Propio: non-official
Masters, Expertos and Programas Transversales
OTHER COURSES:
Students may obtain credits from courses at "Centro Superior
de Idiomas", at "Servicio de Actividades Culturales",
and at "Servicio de Deportes". Since they are not ordinary
courses, they are not free; and there will be specific procedures
for their registration and for the transcript issuance.

There
may be a limit of places for participation in the courses offered
by "Servicio de Actividades Culturales". If so, registration
will take place in order of enrolment for both local and international
students. The first round of enrolment takes place at the beginning
of the first semester.
NOTE: Students are required to check the courses they intend
to register at the Universidad Pública de Navarra and make
sure they fit the requirements explained above.
